WUNDERTÜTE
ALL IN 1 PACK

Wundertüte is a design intervention, which responds to the lack of time, skill and motivation of cooking on a daily basis.

Its simple, convenient format provides an incentive to cook a daily meal and hence revives the value of home cooked food in a time of take-away and instant meals.

It contains individual, compostable bioplastic containers with fresh and conveniently prepared ingredients for one person, as well as recipe instructions. The outer packaging was designed to be ergonomically held in one hand in order to disincentivise the use of a carrier bag. The design also allows for the packaging to be reused as a herb / plant pot in order to prolong the product lifespan.

nanotechnology allow for a hydrophobic, yet bio-degradable cardboard material. Both, the indi-vidual plastic containers and even the graphic packaging print are plant based (starch bioplastic and
soy /vegetable based
ink).
